If you're receiving calls from beneficiaries who you enrolled into a Care Improvement Plus plan with questions about how to request a new ID card, please instruct the member to call the Member Service number on the back of his/her card, which is 1-800-204-1002 (TTY: 711) 7 days a week from 8:00am – 8:00pm.
