Commission Information
Care Improvement Plus pays its Field Marketing Organizations (FMOs) and all contracted agents (FMO-affiliated and internal 1099 agents alike) on a weekly basis, based on enrollment application approval from CMS. Please be sure to use your current activated Agent ID assigned by Care Improvement Plus after completing Credentialing and Certification so that we can properly identify and credit you and your FMO for any enrollments.
